Shirley Ann Hemme (nee) Locke, 84, of Lancaster, California, passed away on January 8, 2024. She was born on October 26, 1939, in Roswell, New Mexico. Shirley was the beloved wife of Roger Hemme and the loving mother of Michelle Ducat and Lisa Gear.

Shirley had a fulfilling career alongside her husband Roger. They own and operate Bohn's Printing on Lancaster Blvd. in Lancaster, CA since 1978. Together, they built a successful business and made a positive impact on their community.

In her free time, Shirley enjoyed various hobbies, including reading, going to the movies, participating in Jazzercise, and having lunch with her friends. She found joy in these activities and cherished time spent with loved ones.

Shirley leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She is survived by her husband, Roger Hemme; her daughters, Michelle (Bill) Ducat and Lisa (Dan) Gear; her brother's, Bill (Sharon) Locke and Eugene (Penny) Locke; her granddaughter's, Megan, Michaela, Madison Ducat; her grandson's, Todd and Brandon Gear; and her great-granddaughter's, Kyleigh and Layla Gear.

Shirley was preceded in death by her father, Dueward Locke; her mother, Juanita Locke; her brother's, Lee Ray Locke and Dueward J.R. Locke; and her sister, Betty Crow.
