Rachelle Lesieur

August 28, 1983 — January 12, 2024

Lancaster

Rachelle LeSieur was born August 28th, 1983 in Connecticut surrounded by a family that loved her dearly. Rachelle was born to Ginger Asher and Normand LeSieur. Eventually she would look up to having more loved ones in her life as her parents would add to their family by marriage of Hank Asher to Ginger Asher and Norman LeSieur to Mar Ann Williams-LeSieur. Further, Rachelle was survived by her brother Eric, his wife Brittany and their daughter Charlie. While she grew up and lived a majority of her life in Connecticut, She eventually married Carl Phillips where the two would move to California, together.

Rachelle was the type of person that touched so many people’s lives. No matter if you liked her, loved her, or even the opposite…she still left a mark even if you only met her one time. That’s who she was, and the world is a little less sunny without her. She had a light inside that she brought with her and shared with everyone she came into contact with. If you were one of her people, she would fight for you, protect you, and do anything she could even to just bring a smile to your face.

Even though she was a petite person, Rachelle had a heart and spirit that was larger than people 3 times her size. She loved animals and children especially. Rachelle opened her heart for a foster son that she raised and was the loving, kind, and caring mother that he never had up to that point. Rachelle had a loving collection of family and many friends, each with their own special memories of her. But there is one constant thing they will all share and that is her warm smile, big heart and truly unique personality. She will truly be missed. her family requests that if you’d like to honor Rachelle, please donate or volunteer to LA County’s Animal Care Program @ https://animalcare.lacounty.gov/donate/
