Marie Meyer

For Our Mom

Marie D. Meyer, much-loved wife, mother and sister, passed away on August 28, 2023 at the age of 81. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Meyer, two sons, John and Erik, sisters Margie and Anne, as well as cousins, nieces, a nephew and countless close friends. She touched many with her wry wit, sense of humor and her unapologetic way of telling it how it was. She was very fond of saying, “Never apologize, it’s a sign of weakness,” but even with this no-nonsense approach to life, she would never hesitate to extend a helping hand to family or friends, even if it was only offering up an ear to bend on the phone. She touched so many lives and will be greatly missed. And even though her physical presence is gone, everyone who knew and loved her will carry her tenacious (dare I say stubborn) spirit with them forever.

We all will love you always.
