Jerry Barajas

Jerry Luis Barajas passed away on October 13, 2023 at the age of 62. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Jerry came out a hero with a smile on his face and stayed strong until the end.

As a teenager, Jerry was very adventurous and daring and always was the life of the party. Jerry wasn’t afraid to go after what he loved and that’s when he found the woman who would be the Bonnie to his Clyde. Jerry loved Victoria and his family that he and her created.

Together, they had 5 children: Jerry Barajas Jr (Meg) David, Daniel (Christine), Alicia (Junior) and Sadie (Cesar). And in total Jerry had 10 Grandchildren and 1 great grandchild who adored with all his being. Jerry loved his children and his grandchildren very much which brought a smile to his face when all his grandchildren came together including the friends of the grandchildren who knew Jerry as their grandpa/ Papa.

Jerry was loved by so many in the community and have made so many memories with so many people including his extended Pachuco Family. Jerry owned oldie cars and would enjoy Sundays at the car shows with his friends and family.

Jerry will be honored in a home based celebration of life on November 25th, 2023 at Haley Olsen Mortuary where we will celebrate all the great memories and love Jerry created.
