Jeremiah Hart was born on August 4, 1977, in Glendale to
his parents, Kenneth and Teresa Hart. He would be the
oldest child of seven. He grew up in Palmdale and attended
Quartz Hill High School, where he was a linebacker for the
football team. Jeremiah was a happy and kind child who
loved to lead his younger siblings on adventures
and starting new projects. They even built a go-kart
out of a wagon, which would later grow into a passion
for engineering and mechanics with many project vehicles.
As he grew, so did his interests. He began taking part in
multiple sports and showing off his unique abilities at karate, successfully earning a black belt.
At the age of 21, he married Cynthia Ciotta and was
blessed with the birth of Timothy. Jeremiah accepted a
job in Jacksonville, Florida, as a systems analyst.
Becoming a dad motivated him to aspire to new levels of
ability and accomplishment as he began to dream of
starting a career in law enforcement. With the arrival of his
second child, Courtney, Jeremiah succeeded in his goal of
joining the California Highway Patrol at age 31. He later
welcomed his third and youngest child Ezekiel, while
proudly wearing the badge. They enjoyed taking family
trips to amusement parks with their favorite being Disneyland. Each year they would connect with the
rest of his family by enjoying annual trips to Bass Lake.
Jeremiah served 12 years as a California Highway Patrol
officer with honor, strength and integrity. Not only did he
serve his community well, but he also served his family and
loved ones with the wisdom and grace he found in
Jesus Christ. He will be remembered fondly as a son,
brother, father, officer, and follower of Christ.
