Linda Hardcastle

Linda Kay Hardcastle (Snodgrass) passed away December 30,2022 in Lancaster, California with her beloved family by her side. Linda was born on March 24, 1942 in Belle Plaine, Iowa to Derald DeWayne Snodgrass and Jean LaDonna Snodgrass (Rusk). She was the oldest of four sisters: Jeanie, Cynthia, and Coleen.

In 1956, when Linda was a Freshman in High School her parents decided to relocate the family to La Puente, California. She attended Arroyo High School in El Monte, where she then met and fell in love with her Highschool sweetheart, Dennis Michael Hardcastle. They married on February 3rd, 1962. Together, they had 3 children: Michael, Lorraine, and Denise. She was preceded in death by their beloved son Michael. She is survived by her Husband Dennis, Daughter Lorraine and her husband Ricky, Daughter Denise and her husband Charlie.

She is also survived in death by her 3 Sisters: Jeanie, Cynthia and Coleen. 9 Grandchildren: Jesse, Stephanie, Brittania, Jerrod, Devon, Jordan, Taylor, Victoria, and Brandon. Her 18 Great-Grandchildren: Serina, Andrew, Tilly, Miguel, Richard, Jesse James, Chris, Vince, Maddison, Bailee, Paislee, Natalie, Jasmine, Jonah, Summer, June, Austin, and Paxton. Her best friend and cousin, Marsha from Iowa. Along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Linda’s Celebration of life will be held at “The Place” in Palmdale, Ca on March 25, 2023. Invitations will be sent out to all of those who were close to her.
