Denise Jacobo

Denise M. Jacobo, age 47, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at her home in Lancaster, CA . She was born October 1, 1972, in Lancaster, to Michael and Billie Yohe. She was a 1990 graduate of Antelope Valley High School where she played Softball and was a member of the Marching Band. She married Alonso Jacobo and had 14 loving years together. She worked as a dedicated Social Worker for the County of Los Angeles for 21 years and loved her co-workers and the difference they made in the community. Denise truly lived life to the fullest; always making time for friends and family, supporting her children and grandchildren in all their adventures and spending time cheering on her favorite teams. Denise was always smiling and had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. She loved going on road trips with her family, to Vegas or across the country to see relatives, but most of all to a Ballgame. She is survived by her husband, Alonso Jacobo; daughter, Madeleine Belloso; son, Mason Jacobo; mother, Billie Yohe; brother, David Yohe; granddaughter, Elena and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
